A dental crown is tooth-shaped cap that is permanently cemented over a tooth. Crowns are used to restore the shape and size of the broken or decayed teeth in order to enhance the strengths and beauty of your smile. Crowns can be made of different materials, such as porcelain, zirconia, metal or a combination of both. They are colored and shaped to match your own teeth and to look naturally.
